------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our world is a piece of paper. Hell is a spill of ink. Where the two touch, an indelible stain is left.
Dead Beats are products of those stains. The average person does not have traffic with devils. Does not have a casual relationship with mortality. Does not take bounties on occult creatures. The average person has little more than a hairs-on-the-back-of-their-neck awareness that there are certain spots in the world where they shouldn't trespass.
Dead Beats are not average people.
Whether their bloodline traces back to something inhuman, or whether they had a brush with something otherworldly, or whether they simply grew up in one of those trespassless places, they are used to living with the knowledge of worlds beyond our own.
And unsurprisingly, they tend not to have stable jobs or living conditions.
---
Dead Beats is a stylish action horror TTRPG where you air juggle the devil and then come back home to overdue bills and past mistakes.
It is 154 pages, uses a deck of cards for fast and crunchy action chains, and is inspired by works like Devil May Cry, Constantine, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Ash Vs Evil Dead.

90s based Ash vs Evil Dead-esque fun? Sign me up!
Ash Vs Evil Dead outside of combat, and then like the Arc System Works version of Ash Vs Evil Dead inside of combat.
Well this seems extremely fucking cool
Thanks! It's been really fun to develop. Feel free to snag a community copy if you wanna check it out in detail.
