P.H.U.G. is a 29 page game that came to me in a dream.
It's kinda osr-y, but also you can always interrupt the flow of the GM with a cutscene attack that goes right through their defenses and does whatever you want.
It's probably best for groups that are comfortable playing a little loose.

Phugging hell, this is brilliant for a little under 30 pager! I really, really damn like this, and will use it for solo shenanigans. This is top grade shit my guy, your dreams steered you right.

This is so phugging good.
Character creation and the extra/main/star system for adversaries are highlights to me.
I want to make a ton of characters for this. It's very "weird little guy" friendly. It also feels really flexible for genre/setting. I could see it working equally as well for a mech game as it does for a fantasy game.
