The Truck That Sent Me Here Has Developed A Thirst For My Blood

It's a quiet evening and you're just stepping out of the convenience store, arms full of groceries, when you hear the squeal of tires.

Almost before you can register it, an out of control freight truck has plowed through the space where you were standing---and by extension, through you.

For a moment, you die.

And then consciousness reasserts itself.

You are standing in a marble flagstone courtyard, surrounded by little islands of unfamiliar fruit trees and exotic birds. Looking down, you see that you are dressed in lavish robes. A fleaman retainer hops over to you, squeaking "my liege! My liege!", and you realize that you have been transported to another world.

A slow, goofy smile spreads across your face. You turn to address the fleaman, to say that you were lost in thought, to ask for more information about who and where you are, and then you hear it again.

The slow, distant rumble of a diesel engine.

Looking across the courtyard you see a freight truck.

Its headlights lock with your eyes.

Its engine revs.

"My word, what is that--" begins the fleaman, but it's already too late.

I Just Want To Enjoy My Peaceful Life is a 14 page tabletop RPG about a diesel-fueled ferrier-of-the-dead that does not know when to quit.

To play, you will need at least three people. One will be the protagonist, one will be the truck, and the rest will be the chorus.

There is no GM for this game. There is only the truck.
