Twisted version of Uma Musume? Love it!
Honestly, it might be more like a regular normal version of Uma Musume. Every bit of lore I've encountered from that game makes me realize I am Not On Its Level. There are no primordial horse goddesses in Medusa Ume for example---at least, not yet.
