The land has been stricken by a long and lonesome age.
The normal rhythms of life seem to yield no progress.
The days bring no joy.
Fortunately, you are a secret cabal of wizards, and you will bring this sorrow to an end.
Your magic is not fast or flashy, nor is it without effort, but by conducting the right ritual at the right time you may banish a portion of this overshadowing sadness to the void from which it came.

You could definitely do yaminabe with this, although Into The Cauldron doesn't require you to keep the ingredients secret, and you don't necessarily have to put everything all in one pot. It's mostly just something I wrote because I missed cooking with friends.
I loved reading Heroic Archivist and became very interested in your other work.
The concept of this game is very interesting and I love the writing and general tone.

Cauldron and my other short games can be a bit loose and non-gamey, so if you liked the crunchier parts of Archivist, my medium and feature length stuff has a lot more of that.
