It's meant to be run like a conventional rpg, just with tea sipping instead of the normal resolution mechanics. The GM sets the scene ("You're all mercenaries tracking a pu-ehr shipment. Describe your characters. You've just arrived together at an expensive auction," etc) and the players react to the scene, the GM reacts to their reactions, etc.
It definitely leans on the GM and group being comfortable improvising, and on a fairly fast and casual speed of play. The same sort of mindset used for RISUS or FATE, just with tea sips and 'yes and' instead of dice.

I like the mechanic but am a bit lost as to how the game would play, or how even to run it.
