Partisan Core

Partisan Core is a 15 page TTRPG intended for playing through times of conflict.

That means historical periods of civil unrest, wars, fantasy missions against a powerful evil, scifi survival horror, etc.

Partisan Core is diceless, using only a coin to resolve disagreements---and even then only sometimes.

Mostly in Partisan Core the better armed, better trained, more numerous side wins---unless the players are willing to make sacrifices.
