You live in Omnimega Chicago.
Since the invention of the Hollerith punchcard in 1884, society has been radically transformed by huge advances in information processing and data management.
These changes have not all been for the better.

Black Ice White Dragon is a historical occult cyberpunk game about Gilded Age duelists summoning phantasms from early computing punchcards.
It is 46 pages and playable as both a competitive card game and as a narrative rpg.
All you need are d6s and cards---any cards, including cards from your favorite TCG. As long as they have a front and a back, they're compatible.
Also you need a high tolerance for weird historical revisions and goofy terminology, but I assume since you're here that's not a dealbreaker.

This is one of the coolest, weirdest settings I've ever seen in an rpg. Came for the incredible title, and now I'm completely hooked on this world of magical computer cards and shady corporate warfare.

This game has flavor all over and the card mechanics look pretty clever as well. Can't wait to try it. It is only missing a character sheet on par with the setting. If I find the time to make one I will share it here.
